  • Wedding planning proposal

  • Content and vision creation
  • Access to Events Beyond via email and phone
  • Creating a wedding budget and providing ongoing advice and reallocations, if needed
  • Guest list development and management
  • Ceremony and site location assistance
  • Color palette/theme creation and design advice
  • Vendor recommendations, sourcing, bookings and confirmation including (but not limited) to venues, salons, shops, photography, videography, décor, invitations and stationery, florists, cake designers, music & entertainment, transportation, accommodations, and more
  • Review and negotiation of vendor contracts and setting up vendor meetings
  • Assisting with accommodations for out-of-town guests

  • Assist with sourcing your wedding paper suite including save-the-date cards, invitations, menu cards, signage, programs, seating charts, escort tables, favor labels and thank you cards
  • Working with wedding florist to execute design concepts
  • Assist with decor and specialty rental selections
  • Assist with menu, cake and cocktail selection, including seasonal food presentation and dietary considerations
  • Work with venue and catering manager on floor plan layout and seating plan
  • Create a wedding day timeline and itinerary
  • Final review meeting with the couple to confirm final details 
  • Confirm bookings for all wedding vendors
  • Wedding rehearsal coordination
  • Wedding day set-up and decor

 Wedding Ceremony Coordination, which Includes:

  • Organization and ceremony set-up with venue manager, florist and other vendors

  • Distribution of flowers to bridal party and family, if needed
  • Assist in organizing bridal party and family for processional
  • Coordinate wedding professionals and vendors during ceremony
  • Assist in organizing the receiving line and/or wedding group photos

Wedding Reception Coordination, which Includes:

  • Overseeing timeline of the wedding day with the venue, catering manager, music, entertainment and all other vendors

  • Coordinate the couple, bridal party and family for special moments and photos
  • Deliver final gratuities to wedding professionals and vendors
  • Assist collecting wedding gifts, to-go meals, personal wedding décor and any other personal items after the event is over
  • Wedding day emergency kit
