DIY CANDY BAR Suite Includes:

For the Do-It-Yourself (DIY) option, Events Beyond creates the idea, design concept, sources the products and provides details of set-up and tear down. With my help, you can make your sweet table come to life! This option is ideal for those that live outside NYC or individuals having a smaller celebrations but still want to add that wow factor!

The DIY Candy Bar design is typically for 25-120 guests. If you’re in need of a DIY package for under 25 or 120+, please email us so we can assist with your specific needs.

This includes:

  • A ½ hour phone consultation
  • Concept design and table creation
  • Candy assortment options to match your color palette/theme
  • Candy table decor and accessories
  • Boxes, bags, ribbons, jars, tins, labels, stickers and tags
  • Discussion of table set-up
    • High-low/Mix set-up
    • Table set-up without candles
    • Table location for best access

The following add-on's are subject to additional fees:

  • Additional concepts
  • Ordering supplies
  • Mail-option package 
  • Insurance
  • Delivery

Note: most of the sweets, desserts and candy will require expedited, second or next-day delivery in insulated packaging to assure supplies do not melt or stick together
